Like many people I had no idea what I wanted to do in life. All I knew was that I was meant to help people. After years of searching and prayer I was led to massage. Now the rest is history. My mission is that in everything I do my passion is felt and that people are cared for with honesty and integrity.

I graduated from university with a degree in BSc in Economics and Management (I know it’s completely unrelated!). Afterwards, I studied Western Herbal Medicine and from there I knew that I was passionate about wellness. Over the years I’ve studied a plethora of massage and wellness courses such as Level 3 Sports Massage, Diploma in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Assisted Stretching, to hone my craft and ensure that Chosen Hands is led by a therapist that is more than capable to deliver effective treatments. I truly believe that massage cannot have a not a one size fits all approach, it is crucial that all treatments provided by Chosen Hands are expertly and intuitively tailored to fit each client.
